When Gallbladder polyp need attention

My scan report states "GB distended, no evidence of calculi, hyperechoic foci noted in GB wall, measures 6.1 mm, likely polyp" What it is? Should it be concerned?

Gall bladder removal if you have symptoms (pain upper abdomen, gas formation, indigestion) related to it.. sessile polyps should be removed(ask your radiologist).. otherwise removed if size more than 1 cm.. regular follow up ultrasound for polyp every 6 monthly

< 1cm, asymptomatic polyp can be observed 4-6 monthly basis with USG abdomen.
