Its been 4 weeks since I've have recovered from Covid. When can i take the vaccine? As per government says wait for 4-6 months. However, CDC says post 90 days and Ministry of health website says post 4 weeks after recovery. So much confusion.

As you said it's been 4 weeks since you recovered, so if you are currently not experiencing any problems then you can take the vaccine
