Wheezing problem
Since 1year I am suffering from wheezing it's been a great stress to me I do go for yoga class but doing yoga also have made difficult to me can't climb the stairs can't walk run breathing problem is more to me Donno what to do some say it is beginning of asthma I m afraid please help me sujjest me wht to do what medications to take how should my life style be and how to over come this problem
Hello. The condition may be allergic or due to obstruction. You can undergo vamana karma or virechana karma once in Ayurveda centre. Later start with nasya karma and internal medicines. You can use karpuradi churna 2tsp with honey twice daily after food for time being.
