What will be belly like in 4 months pregnancy, first baby

Hey! I am 29 years old and I am pregnant. I have just developed a tiny 4 months pregnant belly with my first baby and I’m loving it. As I can see the fetus is growing, I would like to take care of a few more things this trimester. Can someone tell me about all the things I need to be aware of to get across this trimester? Thanks!
