No dont worry.  U may require cervical cerclage..that very rare but your gynec may advise if u have short cervix. Else u may need a little extra rest and avoid heavy exercises or have sexual abstinence if advised. Take all medicines regularly.  I give my patients tab aspirin 75mg and tab decdec 0.5 mg till 7months pregnancy. If any querry u can send me your reports.
