Infections can raise your serum creatinine level.  But this is most often reversible once the infection is promptly diagnosed and treated. Looks like you probably have a viral fever (flu) following rains which should be self-limiting.  You can have some symptomatic relief of fever and headache using paracetamol for the moment.  If these symptoms persist or any other new symptoms appear, it is suggested you consult a nearby doctor immediately.  You might then require certain investigations including renal parameters.  Also, I presume you are not able to sleep owing to anxiety/fear.  I reassure you to stay calm and follow the measures I have mentioned above.
Next Steps
Please consult your doctor close by if problems persist
Health Tips
Hydrate yourself well (provided you do not have swelling of legs or face), avoid taking nephrotoxic medications such as pain killers and herbal medications, refrain from self-medication as far as possible.
