Sir Yesterday only I have gone for sleep study and it is found that apnea index is 57. Which treatment is best for this.

You should go for a Cpap titration study in the night with an auto CPAP machine with a nasal mask . This will generate data to ascertain whether the OSA was effectively cancelled out during the night and the needed pressure requirement to do so . Also it will give a fair idea as to how you respond to CPAP use .
