I got fever and cough and my fever is gone now but still have slight cough my mother also got fever and cough after 2 days and her fever is slightly under control but cough is still not under control what to do ..

Is the cough associated with sputum...? If it's productive with yellow sputum an antibiotic and cough suppressant will usually control symptoms.
Next Steps
CBC, check oxygen saturation, if symptoms persisting plan COVID RT PCR
