What should i do I am coughing up bright red blood

Today morning I was coughing up bright red blood and then instantly felt nausea and almost fainted. Can someone please tell me what should I do? I am only a 14-years old girl and my parents aren’t home. I don’t engage in drugs, nicotine or alcohol. I require urgent help from a medical practitioner so please give me useful inputs.

This needs through investment before we can  comment. Blood vomitting (bright red) means fresh bleeding so should not neglect. If parents not at home take your gaurdian.. First call your parents they will plan your next steps
