I'm looking for a cheaper alternative for istavel 50 mg. What would you recommend? Most of the cheaper options on apps like 1mg at either our of stock or discontinued.

It's Sitagliptin and there is no cheaper alternative because this drug is under patent as of now. U may use Teneligliptin in stead.
