I am diabetic and High bp from 10 years. Since last 6 month I m feeling heavy ness.when I walked and feelings dizziness ..BT after taking some rest abt 2-3 min I m completely OK...when I have done any strength work or sexual work then I feeling again heavyness in chest area. May I have hrt prblm
