I am 12-years old so my menstrual cycle is still attaining regularity. I can’t understand when my period is about to start and I am scared of being totally unprepared for it! Do pimples indicate period’s onset? Or back pain? I don’t have the complete knowledge. Can you tell me what is the first sign of starting one’s period?
