I think you mean primary immunodeficiency disorder . Just frequent colds in the child do not qualify for making this  diagnosis . Is there a history of immunodeficiency in your family ? As such these disorders are rare and are not considered as a first diagnosis . Your daughters frequent colds maybe due to allergies . You should take your child to a Pediatrician for thorough evaluation in case now that you have this doubt
