What is pcos does it mean one have cysts in the ovary is it a serious condition please tell me about pcos Thankyou

It is a type of ovary in which multiple immature follicles develop and none of them will mature to release an egg for development of pregnancy. Not everyone will have problems due to PCOD. If your weight is on higher side, it has to be reduced. Regular exercise and balanced diet has to be practised. It's not a serious consider to worry. It causes irregular periods when you will have to consult a gynecologist.
