Not necessarily everyone will have the implantation bleeding, get a scan done to know what kind of bleeding is it.

Implantation bleeding sometimes occours at time when ovum reaches uterus for implantation its generally after mid cycle around 16th day of a 28 day cycle, its of small amount generally only spotting and colour is brownish
