Hello Dear Doctors, My elder brother has H pylori problem. Please advise me what is the best treatment and which medicines are required for better treatment? Thanks in advance

When was he diagnosed. Is he having gastritis right now. What are the symptoms at present? We need to give 2 types of antibiotics for 14 days, so one should tolerate that well.
