What symptom differentiate prostate infection (acute pts) vs UTI. I am suffering from this last 2 months in first time in life. I am 28 male I do normal urination but pain during and after till 4-5 minutes. I have no fever. no bacterial growth I have taken antibiotics like nitrofurantoin doxtsl But it not goes. Doctors are like God. Please help me
