The frank truth is that there are wrong notions about numbers in society. There is no diet or any other exercise which can decrease or increase numbers. They are false beliefs. You can have a good diet for better wellbeing of eyes like rest of body, but it wont change your numbers. Diet rich in vitamins and antioxidants like fruits, green leafy vegetables, nuts etc are good. Try to consume omega 3 fatty acids rich diet.

Just wear spects regularly, and get checked every 6 months. Thats the best thing you can do as far as numbers are concerned
