Get an ultrasound done Could be a spontaneous threatened abortion. The patient needs bed rest and medication. Could even be an ectopic pregnancy. So do not ignore

Is the bleeding active or spotting?? So u confirmed ur pregnancy through Urine pregnancy test or serum B hcg?? Do u have regular cycles??

Take Ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and gestation sac and look for any subchorionic collection
