What food should be given?

Hello my daughter is 4.5 months old. I just want to ask what should i start giving her other than mother's milk.

Exclusive breastfeeding until the baby is of 6 months of age. Nothing else not even water is advisable. If at all the mother's milk is insufficient and the baby is losing weight only then you can think of other options

Give breast milk till 6 months.. Later you can start giving solid food and fresh fruit juice (not more than  120 ml a day)

No nothing else than mothers milk.It is whole food at this age.Weaning will start aftet she is 6-8 months.Weaning means we add dal water,soup etc to her diet while still giving milk.Remember new guidelines advises mothers to breastfeed till 2 years of age. .

6 months later .coz there are no enezyme s to digest.

No not at all..if her mother is having enough milk then no other feed apart from that till 06 months
