So I grew these pimples on my labia majora. They hurt when my thighs rub against each other however they don't itch. I got tested for STDs about 2 weeks ago and came out negative I haven't had unprotected sex and sex for about 1 month ago. What can it be ? It's like 3, they are on the same area 1 seem to be red the other ones are white
