Hello doctor, Ive seen them since a few days on my nose area. never really had them this bad I guess they were there before too but now they literally pop out. before i use to wear less makeup but these days ive been wearing mostly everday. also i don't know why i feel my skin has started to become darker? please suggest what should i do?

Your skin is having problem with the face wash or soap you are using and hence causing lot of sundamage as well, change your soap to mild one or stop using facewash and soap for a while and see tge change. Avoid direct sunlight as much as you can.
