What are the symptoms for 16 weeks pregnant belly?

Hello! I’m into my 2nd trimester and I already have developed a 16 weeks pregnant belly. I would like to learn more from different people’s personal experiences as to how the journey after 15 weeks of pregnancy goes on. If somebody can come up with their experiences, I’ll be really glad to learn from them Thanks!
