My wife is 27 year old. She is now complaining of a foul smell from her mouth. She brushes her teeth twice daily. She is not supposed to take any medicines. Can you please tell us some home remedies for mouth smell problem?

1. Tooth caries are common reason for mouth smell. Please address if you have them. 2. Gum issues are also the reason. Please ensure that you do gum cleaning thoroughly while brushing. 3. Mouthwash thorough rinse twice a day especially after meals also helps.
