I am 19 year old boy, and I have just joined gym 2 weeks ago. I am doing the basic gym exercises from 2 weeks. Slowly they are increasing my exercising capacity. They have told me to start with protein powders. What are the best protein supplements for the beginners?

Hello, Taking supplements in the beginning is not advisable. Also since your age is 19 it is not recommended to take any sort of supplements. If you are looking for muscle building take protein rich foods after workout sessions. (Eggs, Buttermilk/curd, Sprouts, Pulses)
