I, 42year male, have burning sensation during urination and slight stomach pain too. Doctor says its urinary tract infection. He gave me some pain killers and antibiotics for 3 days. I am feeling uneasy with the medicines. I want ot know is it is because of these antibiotics? whats are the side effects of these antibiotics given in uti
Side effects are dependent on the medicine used and the same medicine is not used for all urinary tract infections. It takes a few days for the medication to take it's effect and to clear out the infection. Stay hydrated and make sure to not skip meals.
