I am assuming that you did the laser session for the stars and the laser used was an ablative type which can be CO2 or ER:Yag. The tiny crust that form on the surface of the skin tend to fall off after for five days. Do not try to rub it off forcefully. After you wash your face just gently dab it with a towel don't drop onto it. And apply the creams as advised. The crusts will fall off on its own in a few days. Hope this was helpful.
