Every time i drink fluids i end up getting a wet cough after. I spoke with my general doctor and they said it was mucosis. i need help

Wet cough after fluid intake is not normal.. it's not allergy also.. sometimes it can just be an irritation by very cold or very sour taste of fluid which causes this.. but sometimes you have to differentiate whether any problem in your food pipe which reflux the fluid back into chest which you cough out..
