I am 20 with 5 10 height and 91 kg weight, 4 months back I had got my check-up done. My ECG and 2d Echo were normal no cholesterol no sugar nothing. Only my vitamin B was 93, now recently almost every night my left abdomen mainly just below ribs i have strange pain, also sometimes my shoulder neck area on left pains along with hands sometimes, but all these are momentary pains except abdominal pain. I have acidity and get reflux only in night, the pain occurs at almost same time in night before sleeping when in bed.
