Hello. I'm having a lump feeling in my throat/back of mouth since 3 months. I can see some white spots in the back of my mouth too. Doctor said it's pharyngitis. After 3 months of medication the feeling is still there and Recently I'm having neck and back pain too. Also there's a sweet and sour taste in my mouth. I'm quite confused,scared and depressed about the situation. Hope to get some advice. Thanks.
