Hi thanks for your query. Patient's BMI is 37.25 much higher than range. So he is in obesity condition. He is also Diabetic.I think u need very proper Diet plan to apply soon. It may be detail & complete by a online few lines.any how my suggestion to go 1200kcal diet chart per day. Max 150gm carbs .take only 50gm rice ,rest whole wheat ,no flour,or refined atta. Take max fibres like oat,Dalia ,porridge, gourd family vegetables,etc. Add yogart, salad dressing can add onions, carot,beet.fruits mainly musambi,orange,guava,cucumber,pear,Small pc apple. Max 300g. Do not take banana, grapes, same types high calorie foods,& all. NO SWEETS.FRIED products FAST FOOD,JUNK,CREAM BASED FOODS,BIRIYANI or similar high calorie fat or saturated products.
