Baby weight is 3161 g is it normal. How much it will gain at 9th month completion. How can I reduce baby by gaining weight in coming weeks. Oct 15th I am going to complete 9 months

Avoid oily food and sugars . Do regular antenatal exercises . Normal delivery can smoothly be done Meet in clinic , dr Varshney’s clinic , dr Mayur Dass ( find on google)
