I have been hearing about loss programs on tv. Lose 10 KGS in months or so. Is it good for health or its will any health problem later

Depends on what they provide. If it is ultrasound or radiofrequency combined with steam, you will not have sideeffects. The problem arises when you take unknowa supplements like weightloss tablets and drinks. Good diet with yhe above mentioned treatment will not be a problem.
