Weight loss programme

I would like to reduce 10 kgs in 3 months.Please,give me a suitable advise.Now my weight is 57 kgs.My height is 5 feet.I consume a maintained diet but due to lack of time my daily exercise is hampered shortly.Please,give me the solution for this hazards.I would love to consult a dietetian for this issues and would love to interact with doctorThanks

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
