To loss weight you have to take more intake or protein and low calorie diet with 1 hour daily exercise. I will give you simple diet plan and start exercise 1 hour daily. you can loss up to 5 kg per month. Stick to that diet.
In morning : 1 glass milk + (suggested shake )
11 am : 1 cup curd
1pm : 2 chapati + 1 sabji
4 pm : 1 cup green tea + 1 cup sprouts
7pm : Green salad or sprouted salad ( Cabbage+ Brocolli+ Beet + Cauliflower + Spinach etc. )
