Please start going for 30 to 45 min walk 6 days a week - one day rest is compulsory
If you know yoga or can join a class then you should start it

Ensure that you eat 4 main meals - breakfast, lunch, evening snack & dinner
Eat small portions of food - serve yourself small portion of food, eat that first & then take a 2nd serving of food only if you are very hungry
Eat slowly
Chew food properly
Drink at least 3 liters of water - prevents you from over eating
Drink a cup of warm milk at bedtime ... it will prevent hungry craving & give you good sleep
