My son is 3yrs old since 1yr he is not gaining weight. he is 10kgs.he has constipation. He passes stool for 3 or 4days. He suffers with fever and cough every month. Please suggest me.

Constipation is because I believe he is taking adequate veggies. Of he is in prenursery, those recurrent cough and cold is understandable. If not please show to a pediatrician. It may be the reason for not gaining weight.
