Hey there! In case that you avoid on some sorts of food, please acknowledge that to yourself. For gaining weight, I would not advise weight gainer. Indulge in proper diet. Eat everything especially "whole" foods like dairy, egg ( avoid if you are vegetarian), soya, beans, sprouts, etc.
In case that there are some other issues also get a full body check blood test done and consult a nearby physician or consult me online.
