I have used birth control pills(femilon) , for past 10 years. I stopped taking the pill from 4 months and i find myself gaining 4 kgs from then. I am not pregnant. Why am i suddenly gaining weight ?? When i was on pills i never gained so much weight? I am doing exercise from 1 month.What do i do now to lose weight?

do your Hormone tests, if normal, look into your daily diet intake, and calorie burnt.All consider stress at work, sleep.
