I have sometime sharp pain in left upper side of chest but my ecg and lipid profile all normal and i feel very nausea indigestion etc i feel very nervous what i do and i also fifficulty deep breathing etc and heavy head weekness fatigue and left hand pain and also bp always goes up down not settle
