Done test haemoglobin 5.8 reducing from 6.2 in four days . Taken iron injection three twice every alternate days. No improvement

Iron tablet won't help at such a low HB levels..we need to do further tests to find out the cause..and treat with iron injection and if required even blood transfusion.
