I have 1st and 2nd finger half joined from birth. Is it possible to open them at age of 33. How much is risk associated?

First of all your hand needs evaluation by CT angiography to see the blood vessel supply of both fingers. In case if both fingers have their own independent blood vessels, then it can be safely separated.
