Weakness, sleepy, d3 deficiency

Hi, I feel weak and sleepy very quickly,even early in the morning, i am not able to some physical task with full stamina ,I always feel rest less. Before Some time my d3 was 10 and and I am taking d3 tablets and now I am feeling I am gaining fat in past one year around 15 kg. What you suggest ?
