Weakness & Ovarian cyst prblm

I am feeling weak since last 3 weeks . Last weak i have find out that my both ovary contains cyst . Cyst in the right ovary measures about (30×24)mm & the left ovary measures about (31×27)mm . Is it very late to know about the problem ? What should i do now ?
