Sir I'm facing left side neck pain when rotates, lower back pain sometimes middle back pain, knees pain,legs and hands numbness, fingers pains, and numbness in Palm and fingers,shoulders paining,headache. Feeling good when taking ORS,calcium and bcomlex tablets.

Have you checked for Diabetis? Drink plenty of water on regular basis. Take well balanced diet with plenty of leaffy vegetables and fresh fruits. Do regular physical exercises atleast for 1 hour daily in the morning. Take tablet Ultracet once daily if the problem is severe.

Get your CBC ,vit b12 and vit d blood test.. to know you have any deficiency, Meanwhile drink plenty of fluids..
