I am feeling weakness in chest and anxiety.i want to know what problem i have.plz tell.sometime heaviness in breathing and dizziness. feel shaky

Hello, you have tremors ,anxiety,chest pain, dizziness. This could happen in over sympathetic activity , like in hypoglycemia , hyperthyroidism, hypovolemia.it could also be anxiety disorder , You are complaining of chest pain so Better to get an ECG , further investigation is required for evaluation of cause . consult general physician in nearest hospital.
