For the past 2weeks I have been having headache, sleepless nights , weakness and always feeling sleepy mostly during the day, slight pain like it’s coming from my bladder and it feels like I want to urinate and why I finally go to urinate there’s no much water coming out like i was pressed, It all started with malaria symptoms and I treated malaria then to an extent I started feeling like the drugs are not working because each time I take it I feel like I have not taken any medication.
