I have pain in testis after i do masterbation. Mostly i face this problem .i have strong sexual feelings towards sex and do masterbation after watching porn.This happens when I have highly sexually excited for a prolonged period and do not relieve myself through ejaculation. By excessive masterbation now I face many problem like Premature ejaculation improper erection in my penis. Kindly suggest me a Good medicine
