Weakness and vomting sensations

Iam feeling very week these days. last week I had periods and after 1 week i got little bleeding and my throat is paining a lot and I'm not able to eat anything. Sometimes I feel little dizzy and vomting sensations are also seen for the last few days. what could these symptoms mean

Must be seasonal upper respiratory tract infection,take crocin tab and Ondem MD u will feel better,and also get your self examined for BP and routine blood tests.
