Weakly positive pregnancy but low hcg

Weakly Positive Pregnancy results but nothing on ultrasound. I have done pregnancy test and it was 1 dark line and 1 faint and did urine test all came positive then, Confirmed with the doctor and they said weakly positive pregnancy but in ultrasound, pregnancy is not there.also i am getting dark brown spotting kind of discharge in my vagina...I did beta HCG test and the level is 189.20.my last LMP was sep 24th.am I still be pregnant.... What does it mean ? PLS GUIDE
